Translator services
Translation and assistance in communication with lawyers, notaries, and other specialists, as well as organizing meetings, calls, and visits for resolving legal and business matters.
Postal services
Checking and processing mail for property owners in Hungary: on a one-time or regular basis, with the issuance of a power of attorney.
Utility services
Meter reading and submission of readings. Interaction with utility providers, organizing on-site meetings with company representatives.
Specialist Search
Search and coordination of specialists: electricians, plumbers, and other essential professionals, with reporting and quality control of completed work.
Buying and Selling
Selection, coordination, and purchase of furniture, appliances, and equipment, including delivery arrangements and quality inspection.
Apartment condition control
Regular or one-time inspections and monitoring of the property's condition, assistance with resolving issues, and communication with the tenant when necessary.
Rates
The time required to complete the task depends on the distance and the scope of work. It usually takes no more than two hours. Registration with utility providers includes document preparation and submission, as well as arranging a power of attorney if necessary. Notary assistance includes scheduling an appointment, oral translation, and acting as a witness. If the work of other specialists or delivery is needed, these costs are paid separately. We’ll discuss everything in advance to avoid any surprises.
